"FREE WILL" began "in Eternity"

*Lucifer fell because of it.

  fell because of it.
 *"angels he charged with folly" fell because of it. Job 4:18;

elsewise, how did they fall (if) not by free will ?

God elected "us" "chose us" in Eternity !
"we" accepted that election there then ! When we did - it was sign, sealed and delivered !!! and, just as certain to manifest "here" in real time !!! and,
when it did !!!
again "we" said "yes" "yea Lord" "wounded and still, I come" !!!
DONE !!! saved !!! forever !!!
end of story !!!

ALL ELSE are rewards - not Salvation !!!
"yes" you can lose your rewards "here" by the way you live. and, in Heaven (perhaps, also).
"yes" you can lose out on "the great and precious promises" "here" by the way you live.

JUST NOT "THE ONE PROMISE OF ETERNAL LIFE" UPON WHICH RESTS THE HOPE OF YOUR SALVATION: THIS ONE IS INVIOLABLE. IT'S GOD'S FREE GIFT unto "us" all !

YOU CAN'T / COULD NOT EVEN REFUSE IT if it were even possible to think to do so !!! which, it is not even possible to do. therefore, after that - IT'S A DONE DEAL !!! OVER AND DONE WITH !!! FINISHED !!!

NO UNDOING IT !!! who in their right mind would want to ?

It is patently maniacal, absurd, ludicrous and incredulous to think that someone would literally, actually turn around one day and say, "ok, not for me now; don't want it no more; you can have it back now; thanks, but no thanks; just not for me." i.e. (if) they were truly, really touched by God Himself, called and saved.

NOT EVERYONE WHO THINKS [EVEN BELIEVES] THEY ARE SAVED - are saved.

BRINGING FORTH FRUIT UNTO PERFECTION [THAT REMAINS] is an entirely different matter altogether !!!!

i.e. your simple Salvation WHEREAS IT WILL SAVE YOU AND SAVE YOU FROM ETERNAL DAMNATION (albeit, narrowly)

simple Salvation DOES NOT AND WILL NOT SAVE YOU FROM PRESENT EVIL, SIN, DEATH AND DEMISE NOR FROM THE WRATH TO COME !!!
